Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left our studio.
Shipping Destinations & Rates
We currently offer shipping within the United States.

Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): $12 or FREE on all orders over $150
Please note that business days do not include weekends or national holidays. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.
International Shipping
We are currently working to bring City Walkers to a global community. We do ship internationally.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately at

with your order number. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
P.O. Boxes
We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS using our Standard Shipping method.
Customs & Import Duties (For Future International)
For orders shipped outside the United States, please note that you are the importer of record and may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your item total or shipping cost.
